Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions & Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, reservations, rental agreements, and services provided by CarpDeluxe B.V. in the Netherlands for the rental of the 3D-printed Felicity 33 boat and associated fishing equipment.

2. Reservation & Deposit

A booking becomes final once the renter completes the online reservation flow and pays a deposit of at least 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

3. Cancellation & Rebooking Guarantee

• Up to 14 days before departure: rebook free of charge to another available date in the same calendar year.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before departure: 50% refund of the total rental amount.
• Cancellation within 7 days of departure: no refund is available.

4. Security Deposit & Damage

A security deposit of €350 is reserved before departure. It is released within 48 hours after the boat is returned, provided it is clean, undamaged, and returned with a complete inventory.

5. Obligations & Safety

The lead renter must be at least 21 years old. Operating the vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The renter must always comply with the Dutch Inland Navigation Police Regulations (BPR).
