CarpDeluxe B.V. respects the privacy of every visitor and keeps personal information confidential and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data Collection

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:

• Lead renter’s first and last name
• Email address and phone number (for WhatsApp check-in communication)
• Identification number and digital signature (for the rental agreement)
• Payment details (securely processed through Mollie / Stripe PSP)

3. Processing Purposes

We use your data only to perform the rental agreement, manage marina administration, process payments, and provide the required sailing and check-in instructions.

4. Retention & Security

Data is retained only as long as legally required, including the seven-year tax retention period for invoices. All communication uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
